Integration moves you from questions to answers. You know your operation best and we have decades of experience helping customers realize their plans. We start by talking, spending the time necessary to understand your operation: products, volumes, seasonal swings, labor, facility layout, utilities, truck access, safety concerns, packaging…and anything else that matters.
Using what we learn, we offer suggestions and help clarify your vision. Our goal is to ensure we know what you want, why, and how to achieve it—so the solution fits your business, not someone else’s. By the end of this phase, we share a clear definition of success: volumes, products, timelines—the lot. We agree on the problems to solve and how to solve them. You will know exactly what the result looks like.

Once we agree on success, we make sure everything is in place to get there. In this phase, integration means assembling every element of the design into a single, coherent plan. Equipment, capacity, timing, layout, expansion, flow, labor, cleaning, controls, data—everything must work as a system, not a collection of products installed in a row.
We design with you, not for you. Based on our preparatory work, we develop a complete solution built around your operation. A line only performs when every part works at the same rhythm. Receiving, washing, drying, sorting, filling, packing, and palletizing all influence each other. We match mechanical capacities, consider buffers and changeovers, and ensure the line flows without distorting operational constraints. We craft a line that flows instead of merely progressing.
Only when you are satisfied do we select equipment. Yes, we do make equipment and are justifiably proud of it. But our promise is the right solution, not just our solution. We have a long track record of sourcing and installing the best machinery—new or old, ours or others—for your specific needs. By the end, you’ll have a complete design, budget, and timeline.

A plan is only paper until it becomes reality. This is where integration means building the line and moving from blueprint to something you can touch. In this phase, everything takes form. Equipment is built, assembled, and installed. Systems connect—electrical, mechanical, and technological. We know this stage is crucial to long-term success, so our focus is getting it done right for you.
Here’s what will happen:
Fabrication and Assembly
Whether it’s our machinery or selected vendor equipment, nothing arrives hoping it fits. It fits because it was engineered together.
Installation
The work happens on schedule and in the way we agreed—phased during operations or a complete install before season start. The line is rigorously tested to confirm it meets plan parameters: capacities, timing, transitions, load balancing. Everything is validated.
Training
When the infrastructure is in place, we train your staff. Technology helps, but the best line is only as good as the people running it. Everyone working the line gets appropriate training from our team or third-party vendors. When we leave, your team owns the line—with the knowledge and confidence to keep it performing for seasons to come.
